The site is aimed at helping
east zone squad Mirror sailors progress and develop
their sailing and racing skills. If you are
not in the East or South East zone squad you are still
welcome to enter the competitions and learn from the
site. The training is
carried out by RYA racing instructors and coaches to
ensure you learn the best possible skills. Tom
Rosoman and Dave Hannan head up the coaching team and
are online to help.
The training is now finished
and the site will not be updated until the next
training takes place.
